Incorporated in July 2014, Sawaliya Food Products Limited is a manufacturer and processor of dehydrated vegetables, particularly serving the branded packaged food industry and international importers.They source their raw materials directly from farmers, focusing on dehydrated carrots, cabbage, and string beans. Their products are used in various food applications, such as cup noodles, ready-to-eat noodles, and pasta.The company's product is widely used as raw materials in the FMCG industry for items like cup noodles, ready-to-eat noodles, pasta, and soup.The manufacturing unit in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh has a capacity of about 1500 MT for dehydrated products across two facilities.The company sells its products to India and in foreign markets such as the United States of America.The Company has adopted a zero-wastage policy to utilise resources efficiently. Objects of the Issue
