Company is headquartered in Bangalore and core area of operations is residential projects.They have executed projects at different locations in the Bangalore region. They have an in-house architectural and designing team which co-ordinates the entire process from initiation of a project to its final delivery, that ensure quality of and timely execution of each project. Most of the developments carried out by them are on a joint development model with the land owners being given built up area. They currently follow a sale model for their residential projects.Samruddhi Realty has only presence in Bangalore. Projects completed by the Company are Eastlynne Luxury Apartments, Whitefield, Regal Luxury Apartments, High Street, Royale Luxury Apartments, High Street, Grace Luxury Apartments, Viviani Road, Ananda Luxury Apartments, JP nagar, Bangalore.
