Incorporated in 2000, Pramodini Medicare Limited is a diagnostic service provider in India offering technology-enabled diagnostic services across radiology, clinical laboratory, and nuclear medicine segments. The company provides services to public hospitals, private hospitals, public sector undertakings (PSUs), medical colleges, and private diagnostic centres across tier I, II, and III cities.Its service portfolio includes radiology services such as MRI, CT scans, X-ray, ultrasound with colour doppler, mammography, Dexa scan, and interventional radiology; clinical laboratory services including haematology, microbiology, immunology, pathology, and biochemistry; and nuclear medicine services such as PET-CT, SPECT, and nuclear therapy. The company also operates a 24×7 teleradiology unit from Vijayawada and a processing laboratory at the same location.Service ModelPublic-Private Partnership (PPP): Operates diagnostic centres within government hospitals and medical colleges through long-term MOUs.Private-Private Partnership (Pvt-Pvt): Establishes and manages diagnostic centres inside private hospitals under partnership agreements.Strategic Partnerships with PSUs: Collaborates with Government of India PSUs to operate diagnostic and imaging centres across multiple states.Standalone Diagnostic Centres: Operates its own diagnostic centres and laboratories, serving both individual patients and hospitals.Location-Specific Agreements: Each diagnostic centre operates under separate MOUs or contracts with terms customized for the respective location.The business operates through four models: public-private partnership (PPP) with government hospitals and teaching institutions, private-private partnerships with hospitals, strategic partnerships with PSUs, and standalone private diagnostic centres.
