Founded in 2013, Nisus Finance Services Co Limited offers financial services such as Transaction Advisory Services, Fund and Asset Management, Private Equity and Venture Debt and Capital Solutions to Corporate Clients.Nisus Finance Services has two business segments:1. Transaction Advisory Services: assist and support the partners in transactions such as outright sales, joint ventures, joint development, capital structuring etc. The company helps businesses connect with private equity funds, risk capital providers, and financial institutions to support their growth. The company also offer advice on corporate real estate matters, helping to structure and finalize transactions efficiently.2. Fund and Asset Management: includes providing growth capital, project financing, or special situation funding to developers, and asset management for Alternative Investment Funds focused on the real estate and infrastructure sector. As of date, we manage four schemes under the subsidiaries, step-down subsidiaries, and associate companies through SEBI, IFSC, and DIFC-registered AIFs, which include:Real Estate Special Opportunities Fund – 1Real Estate Credit Opportunities Fund – 1Nisus High Yield Growth Fund – 1Nisus High Yield Growth Fund Closed-EndedThe company's main sources of revenue are fund management fees earned by the fund manager/advisor entities for managing AIF fund pools.Assets Under Management (AUM): Approximately Rs 1,000 crore (FY2024) across real estate and urban infrastructure.Office Network: Three offices, including two in India and one international, as of January 31, 2024.Competitve Strengths:A well-established, credible and customer-focused NiFCO brand.Diversified Business Model.Ability to identify emerging market trends on time.Strong Management and distinctive people and culture.Prudent governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.As of January 31, 2024, the company employed 24 people in the Nisus Group (NiFCO).
Objects of the Issue
Nisus Finance Services Co.Ltd proposes to utilise the net proceeds from the Issue for the following objects:

Augmenting fund setup, additional licenses, facility management services, and fund management infrastructure in IFSCGift City (Gandhinagar), DIFC-Dubai (UAE), and FSC-Mauritius.

Fund raising cost, distribution, and placement fee to third-party distributors or agents in India and/or international markets for the creation of a pool of funds.

Investment in Associate Company viz. Nisus Fincorp Private Limited (RBI Registered NBFC), to augment the capital base.
